Лучшая модель делегирования — действовать по нарастающей. Поручите новому человеку маленькую задачу. Если справился — расширьте полномочия, доверьте проект побольше. Тупиковый путь — действовать наоборот, сначала дав сотруднику максимум свободы, а затем отняв ее, потому что он не сумел ею распорядиться.

Вроде как очевидная вещь. Иначе работы не получится. Любое дело начинается с малого, в том числе и сотрудничество с партнерами и работниками.

Сергей, оно-то очевидно, но, к сожалению, многие менеджеры вообще (!) не понимают сути делегирования полномочий. Не говоря уже о том, что не знают принципов менеджмента, работая по принципу “я начальник — ты дурак; ты начальник — я дурак” и подобным.

For a nice and seeking this data for quite a while. After 2 hours of online browsing, luckily I found it in your site. I’m wondering why Alexa dont display this kind of useful sites from the initial lines. Normally the initial few internet sites are packed with craps. Maybe its a pointer to utilize other google search.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
