“Miserable Failure” — эта фраза для многих ассоциируется с понятием Googlebombing. Уже, кажется, несколько лет страница Президента США Буша находится в топе Гугла по этому запросу (более того, еще и по “miserable” и “failure” по отдельности).
Не так давно отечественные Гуглбомберы пытались сделать то же самое и в Яндексе по отношению к Путину. До недавнего времени (кажется еще на днях я наблюдал это) по запросу “враг народа” яндекс выдавал на первом месте страницу Президента России. Гугл — так же.
Но сегодня прочел статью в CNews, где узнал, что Яндекс, счев это проявлением поискового спама, убрал страницу Путина с выдачи по этому запросу.
В «Яндексе» CNews подтвердили, что упомянутая ссылка под поисковый запрос «враг народа» действительно сейчас отсутствует, но объясняют это стремлением сделать поиск для пользователя более качественным, избавить его от спама. «Когда мы посмотрели, откуда стояли ссылки на сайт президента России, оказалось, что все они были именно из каталогов, которые не удовлетворяют нашим критериям качества, — прокомментировали CNews в „Яндексе“. — Эти каталоги были помечены как ненадежные источники ссылок, и при очередном пересчете релевантности страниц для конкретного запроса они перестали влиять на выдачу — потому и с первых позиций исчезла найденная по ссылкам упомянутая страница».
Такие вот пироги, если кто не в курсе. 
PS: в Гугле пока все без изменений, да и не думаю, что изменения последуют.

То-то многие после апдейта ТИЦ удивлялись, почему он не вырос. Яндекс просто пессимизирует каталоги.

-Читайте лучше,слепцы.. ….ДЛЯ КОНКРЕНТНОГО ЗАПРОСА… эти каталоги перестали быть эффетивными.

“каталоги были помечены как ненадежные источники ссылок” - как минимум несколько каталогов были не просто помечены, как выражаются сотрудники Яндекса , а отправлены в пожизненный бан - согласитесь есть разница. Тема весьма эмоционально обсуждалась на форуме в т.ч. и владельцами пострадавших каталогов.
Так что яндексоиды, мягко говоря, лукавят.

До кучи под раздачу попали и каталоги котрые не размещали врага. На форумах SEO обсуждалось и примеры приводились. А так же есть мнение что Ян просто таким образом наказывал за использование Бегуна в каталогах.

ИМХО такое будет повторяться еще не один раз. Не с Путиным, так с кем-то другим…

Каталоги Рунета - практически все ненадёжные источники ссылок, за малым исключением. Странно, что сайт Путина там отметился.
